From My Profile, you can update your user and registration information including your username, password, email, billing address and contact information. In addition, you can also print invoices from previously purchased Joint Commission Online Courses.
From the My Profile page, you can print copies of invoices from your previously purchased Joint Commission Online Courses. Click on a respective date to view more details from the invoice or to print a copy.
Q: How do I change my password?
From the My Profile page, click on the "Edit Profile" button. From this page, you can update your password or any of your user information. After you make changes, be sure to click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom-right of the page.
